Mission Statement:  
We, the people of St. Philip Parish, proclaim the good news of the Gospels through loving service to all of God's people.

Organization Purpose:  
The Parish Pastoral Council would like to lend support and encouragement to all parishioners to offer hospitality in welcoming newcomers into our community of faith.

When do they meet:
Parish Council meets once every other month, usually on the fourth Tuesday.
